- Order cancellation requests for change of mind, incorrectly ordered, or duplicate orders may be subject to a 5% processing fee held-back from the refund. Note: This will not apply to backordered products.

 

- Requests to cancel orders are "requests". Due to a delay in processing requests based on order volume etc., these cancellations may not be possible. If we are unable to cancel your order in time, the normal returns process will need to be followed once the items have been received. Please note that simply emailing or calling in a request DOES NOT provide acceptance or review on our end. The request must be reviewed by an associate, and they will determine the options we can extend at that time.

-Special Construction parts not in stock like Long Travel Kits, Sprinter front bumpers and Fully welded trailing arms once order is placed and an Email is sent with a lead time for construction and shipping is confirmed by purchaser.  The order is final and cannot be cancelled without a 50% cancellation fee.  If you do not get an email after order is placed with a build time to ship then the order is not a special construction and subject to normal cancellation processing fee of 5%

- Requests to change, or correct, an address are requests that may or may not be able to be accommodated after an order is placed. Please make sure to provide the CORRECT address while placing your order to avoid issues with your purchase.

- Requests to add to an order, remove item(s) from an order, or adjust quantities on an order are requests that may or may not be able to be accommodated after an order is placed. Please make sure you review your cart before submitting your order.
